Dr. Baird is a general practitioner who is board certified in clinical psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology. He has over 25 years of experience in the treatment of children, adolescents and adults. He uses individual, family and couples therapy to assist others with a wide variety of presenting issues. He also has extensive experience with psychological testing in the assessment of such issues as ADHD, personality disorders, character strengths and virtues, mood disorders, and psychotic conditions. He combines his psychology training and his 25 years of being a pilot to treat people who have a fear of flying. He also teaches and publishes in the area of professional ethics.  Dr. Baird combines practical, sound advice with a hefty dose of compassion,  and a good sense of humor thrown in to boot!
