This Adult DBT Group meets weekly, Wednesdays at 5pm in Hinsdale.

DBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, is a cognitive behavioral treatment designed to help develop skills in these areas, helping you to live a more meaningful life.

Mindfulness- the practice of being fully aware and present in this one moment
Distress Tolerance- how to tolerate pain in difficult situations
Interpersonal Effectiveness- how to ask for what you want and say no while maintaining self-respect and relationships with others
Emotion Regulation- learn how to understand emotions and effectively manage them
