Currently, Jordan is completing her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wheaton College and is supervised by Sara Zimmerman, LCPC. 

About Jordan Schnack

Jordan Schnack is a Masters Level Intern completing her clinical training through partnerships with Sara Zimmerman LCSW at Heritage Professional Associates and Wheaton College. Jordan brings to her work with individuals across the life span genuine compassion, wisdom, curiosity and humor.  She works from a strengths-based and client-centered approach, and ensures that every individual will experience a therapeutic relationship and safe space that promote new growth, insight, learning, and change. Jordan brings expertise to many aspects of her clinical work including partnering with children and adolescents.  She relies on the latest research and evidence based approaches for the treatment of  depression, anxiety, relational and family struggles, and adjustment concerns across the life span.  Jordan tailors her approach to every person's individual needs and preferences and can include focused work on school or academic related concerns, performance anxiety, social anxiety, concerns related to spirituality, as well as strengthening internal resources of resilience, emotion regulation, social skills, confidence or self esteem.
