Rebekah provides individual, couple and group therapy to adolescents and adults of all ages. She seeks to actively support and empower clients, encouraging self-reflection and positive change, as they navigate life’s challenges.

Devoted to evidence-based practices, Rebekah employs a collaborative and integrative approach to help promote interpersonal, emotional and spiritual growth and healing. She maintains a broad focus in the treatment of trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, interpersonal relationships, adjustment to life transitions and grief.
