Anya’s heart and life’s passion is for walking alongside individuals across the lifespan in whatever challenging season they find themself in. Beginning therapy can feel intimidating and vulnerable. Coming from a holistic and client-centered approach, Anya aims to create a safe and sacred therapeutic space where clients are comfortable to explore more of their story and ultimately pursue growth, healing, and empowerment. Working together in a therapeutic relationship built on curiosity and authenticity, Anya hopes you will find the support you need to identify and achieve goals and discover pathways to more meaningful connection, change, and wellness. Anya is especially interested in working with individuals navigating emerging adulthood, identity-related struggles, life transition, adoption-related issues, loss and trauma, and third culture/missionary kid struggles.
