About Maha Rizvi
Maha is a Doctoral Diagnostic Extern specializing in the evaluation of individuals across the lifespan. Her clinical interests include working with children and adolescents, neuropsychological assessment, health psychology, and multicultural psychology.
She previously worked as a K–12 tutor, where she developed individualized learning plans and collaborated with students and families to support academic and emotional growth. These experiences strengthened her interest in child and adolescent development and the intersection of education and psychology.
Maha approaches assessment with compassion, cultural humility, and authenticity, striving to create a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel understood and respected. She aims to provide comprehensive evaluations that identify strengths, clarify areas of concern, and inform meaningful treatment recommendations.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her cat, Clementine, cheering on her favorite sports teams (the Bulls, Bears, and Cubs), and continuing her work as a tutor.
