More About Nadia Souri

Nadia approaches each person holistically, listens empathetically, and carries hope for her clients when they feel hopeless in their present circumstances. She utilizes evidence-based practices like, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) and others to help identify and build connections. Nadia then works with all involved to foster healthy relationships, reach their full potential, and live whole, flourishing lives.

About Nadia Souri

About

Nadia loves to create a safe, judgment-free environment that allows people to share openly and honestly. She believes we each have great value and purpose, and a part of that purpose is fully realized by our ability to connect deeply with each other, and with ourselves.

Nadia enjoys and has extensive experience working with families, couples, individuals and children processing various anxieties, depression, or other intense emotions. She takes time to understand where each person feels disconnected in couple and parent/child relationships, as well as within themselves. Once identified, she helps her clients reach their goals to bring wholeness and flourishing in their lives. Her previous work has taken her around the world, producing a sensitivity and appreciation to different ethnic backgrounds and cultures.

When Nadia is not in the therapy room, she is enjoying time with loved ones and/or is on some foodie adventure, trying new recipes or restaurants.
