Sophia Grippo is a Doctoral Diagnostic Extern who specializes in the evaluation of teens, young adults, and older adults. Her clinical interests include relationship dynamics (both family and romantic), resilience, struggles related to religion and spirituality, mood disorders, and personality disorders. Her passion for reaching others in times of need has led her to volunteer with online crisis support platforms, where she has gained additional experience in offering empathetic, time-sensitive care.
Sophia uses a collaborative, compassionate, and developmentally informed approach to create a space where clients and families feel heard, empowered, and supported in understanding themselves more deeply. She aims to provide clear, personalized insights and meaningful next steps for every client.
