Andy Jedd, Psy.D.

Andy Jedd’s Approach to Therapy

In his therapeutic work, Dr. Jedd emphasizes a relational, strength-based, and collaborative approach. He fosters a trusting and open environment where clients can clarify goals and work toward meaningful change. Clients are supported in learning to identify and distinguish between thoughts and feelings and are encouraged to express their emotions openly in session as part of the healing process. He integrates evidence- based practices—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—and provides gentle, direct feedback to support accountability and progress. Change is difficult and Dr. Jedd is committed to taking the journey with you.
