About Megan Heniff
Megan Heniff is a dedicated couples and family therapist, passionate about helping people create meaningful change in and outside of the therapy room. Specializing in relational dynamics, Megan works with individuals, couples, and families to strengthen communication, navigate complex structures, and build healthier connections. Areas of focus that she works with include anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues, blended family dynamics, parenthood, and attachment issues.
Her professional experience ranges from working with populations within residential housing, public/private schools, community mental health, and outpatient therapy settings. She holds a B.A. in Family and Individual Development from Northern Illinois University and an M.A. in Couple’s and Family Therapy from Adler University. She is certified in Positive Discipline Parenting and PREPARE/ENRICH premarital counseling.
Outside of the therapy room, Megan enjoys spending time with family and loved ones, reading, writing, traveling, and giving her time through volunteer opportunities in her community and abroad.
