Early adulthood can feel exciting, overwhelming, and confusing—all at the same time. This supportive, in-person group is designed for young adults who want a space to connect with others, better understand themselves, and build skills for navigating life’s next steps.
Through guided discussion, shared experiences, and skills-based learning, participants will gain insight, confidence, and community during this important life stage.
This group will help participants to:
Build connection and community during the many transitions of young adulthood
Increase self-awareness around identity, values, and personal goals
Share experiences and identify common challenges of early adulthood
Learn and practice skills to navigate this life stage with confidence
Improve social and interpersonal skills
Foster a sense of agency and self-trust during life transitions
