Benjamin Horen is currently completing his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the Chicago School. As an older student, Benjamin brings with him extensive experience in combining physical and psychological methodologies to help clients achieve holistic healing. With a background in public school teaching and health and fitness coaching, Benjamin specializes in guiding individuals through challenges, insecurities, and self-doubt to reach their full potential. Benjamin integrates insights from psychology and fitness to foster resilience and transformation. His experiences have shaped a compassionate and empathetic approach to therapy.

Benjamin is passionate about exploring the intersection of mental and physical health, particularly in aiding individuals who experience anxiety, depression, or are recovering from trauma. He aims to develop innovative methods that will contribute to the field and offer additional tools for clients to improve their experience of life. Known for being patient, attentive, and encouraging, Benjamin tailors sessions to meet clients where they are, fostering hope and empowerment.
