About Joni Mikesell

Joni Mikesell is a Doctoral Therapy Extern who specializes in the treatment of adults. Joni’s clinical interests include substance use, personality disorders, women’s health, and general mental health concerns. She has previous experience facilitating group therapy sessions for individuals recovering from substance use, providing neuropsychological assessment, and offering neurofeedback. She uses a person-centered approach to create a personalized, collaborative treatment plan for her clients.

Her former patients have described Joni as passionate, dedicated and empathetic. In her free time, Joni enjoys hiking, baking, and photography.
